Cool features include a self timer, which has many different time sets, a microphone and tripod mount.  All the extras that would be included in the package would be Software, USB Cable, Video Cable, Lithium Battery, Battery Charger, Lens Cap and Strap.  From a Gadget Addicts perspective, the camera is indeed built for semiprofessionals.  If you don’t mind the bulky camera in exchange for a stunning picture, than this is the perfect camera for you.  Most families like compact, point and shoot cameras, so this isn’t for families.  The D80 isn’t priced for most budgets either.  At over a grand, you’ll have to prove your a professional, buy being able to afford it.
